- We as Data Processor: Our platform functions as the Data Processor, processing personal data strictly on your behalf and in accordance with your instructions. We are committed to applying appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data.

- Indirect Damages: In no event shall Ibasho be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or Ibasho was advised of the possibility of such damages.
